Go Lamplighters!

Hey guys ~ I just had to post my first team picture. This was just taken at last Thursday practice. We took it after practice so we all have serious helmet hair!! Gotta love it...

Not pictured, but has recently joined the team: Jamie Koronkiewicz.

That's possibly the prettiest thing I've ever seen! A hearty "GO TEAM" and "RA RA SISBOOMBA" in your direction!

Hen, you're hilarious.

Thank you for the ra's and the sisboomba's -- I'm hoping I'll get to hear a little of that in the stands in a few games...

Oats - I really do need to post pictures of our little Eddy!

Frank - you take the lead in starting that trend wave - hat hair...I like it. According to Hen, I can work it! (Please note sarcastic disbelief - haha.)

Are you a hockey playa too? Which one are you? I see that whenever I come out to Minneapolis for DG I'll have to buy some hockey gear (I sold much of my "stuff" to get to Los Angeles). That's so funny! Minnesota is kinda Canadian in that way...I don't know THAT much about it, but if you've got a female rec league team, you're all right in my books.

We'll have to play a game of pick up one day...on Berg Lake (google "mount robson + berg lake"...you'll cry! I'm such a jerk! HA!). Playing pick up hockey on a glacial fed lake, 2600 feet up a mountain side, is, uh, awesome. The 12.5 mile hike with 80 pounds of hockey gear is NOT so hot.
